Shipping Coverage
We offer worldwide shipping services, and orders are welcome no matter where you are located.
Currently, our services primarily cater to customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau. Please refer to the information below for shipping fees and delivery times to these regions.
If you are located in other countries or regions, shipping fees and estimated delivery times may vary. We recommend contacting us via Instagram or WhatsApp at 66160442 before placing an order to inquire, and we will do our best to provide you with the most suitable shipping solution.
Processing Time
Our products are divided into "In-stock" and "Pre-order" categories, each with different processing times. Please check the product status on the product page before purchasing.
In-stock items: Will be dispatched approximately 3 to 6 working days after successful payment and provision of shipping address.
Pre-order items: Products are expected to arrive at our store within 7 to 21 days from the order date, and will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after arrival.
Actual dispatch dates may be delayed due to procurement progress, logistics, customs, or other unforeseen factors. We kindly ask for your patience.
Urgent Orders or Specified Dispatch Dates
If you have an urgent need or require dispatch by a specific date, please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee arrangements as it depends on the actual situation.
Order Placement Time

Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

Taiwan: Approximately 3 to 7 working days
Macau: Approximately 2 to 3 working days
